I was expecting my kid a full 10 days before Christmas. Days went by. We scheduled an induction for the 27th. I looked at all of his "baby's 1st christmas" stuff and cried. He came on the 20th, but that Christmas was a complete blur. Not the finest time in my life for sure. And I didn't really feel like he got a "true" first Christmas, either.
