Weekend Wrap Up

On Saturday morning, Grandma B came over for a visit while Grandpa B was at a Presbytery meeting. She is still recovering from a bronchial infection, so she watched from inside while Mark and I took Amelia and Shelby out to play in the snow!

Daddy showed Amelia how to make a snow angel.

Then he helped Amelia make her very own snow angel!

Since we don’t have a sled, we improvised with the top of a plastic storage box. It was a very bumpy ride!

Daddy made a “snow nest” for his little girl, and she had fun destroying it as soon as he was done.

Later in the morning Amelia practiced using her walker – she’s fast! She can get from one end of the room to the other in no time at all . . . she just needs to figure out how to turn around when she gets stuck!

On Sunday, after church and a tasty lunch with Grandma and Grandpa B, we came home and Amelia took a very short nap. Once she woke up she cuddled with Daddy on the couch for a bit, enjoying a head rub. I just love her beautiful blue eyes!
