Weekend Wrap Up

Before he left for work on Friday morning, Daddy let Amelia try on his headphones. She thought they were so neat – she just kept bouncing along to the music, and she had the silliest little smile on her face. So cute!

Here’s a cute video of Amelia putting her favorite toy, Violet, down for a nap.

On Friday morning Amelia and I picked up this great big pink ball at the store. She was having a blast carrying it around the house, so we decided to take it outside!

One of the reasons I’m posting this video is that this was the first time that Amelia voluntarily walked into the grass! Up until now she would only walk into the grass if she was holding onto me or her Daddy, but on Friday she did it all on her own, with the help of her new pink ball!

On Saturday we had some fun planting flowers! Amelia picked out a few packets of wildflower seeds, and we planted them as well. I am going to have her help me water them in the mornings, and hopefully they will grow into beautiful flowers!

On Easter morning we took advantage of the pretty morning light and took some pictures before church. I cannot express how much my little family means to me. I am so blessed!
