Tuesdays with Amelia

Amelia and I just got back from a quick trip to Florida – we had to get up at 5 AM this morning in order to catch our flight. Amelia didn’t nap on the drive to the airport OR on the plane – by the time we finally got home and she went down for a nap, she had been up for 9 hours (normally she’s up for five hours before taking a nap). Poor dear, you can really tell how tired she was in this picture.

OK -MOM – I love you and I am very grateful that you took me to Florida, but these long trips are really wearing me down. I think we have to move south – like Tampa! I had a lot of fun with my family and friends down there. I WANT TO GO BACK! – Now let me sleep please…….zzzzzzzzz
